Charlie Holt was a 5-year-old boy who was killed after he became caught in a rotating wall at a restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia.  He became trapped between a table which was rotating and the wall. The little boy got his head stuck between two tables at the Sun Dial restaurant, which is atop the Westin Hotel. The youngster was pronounced dead after suffering severe head trauma  This is a premises liability claim.
